Receive Your Login Credentials
You will receive your student code and temporary password from administrators via email.
Important: Keep your credentials secure.

What You'll Need
- Student code and password
- Valid email address and phone number
- All required documents in PDF format
- Bank account details (for after approval)
- 30-45 minutes to complete registration
2. Logging In
Login Steps
- Navigate to
/student/login.php
- Enter your student code and password
- On first login, change your password (minimum 8 characters)
3. Your Dashboard
Application Status
- Pending - Awaiting review
- Under Review - Being reviewed
- Approved - Approved
- Rejected - Not approved
4. Registration Form (5 Steps)

Personal Information: Name, DOB, gender, email, phone

Location & Travel: Provinces, transport mode, travel costs
Good News: Travel costs refunded upon PNG arrival!

Education: HEI, course, qualifications, school

Passport & Emergency Contact: Passport details, emergency contact info

Documents: Upload all 11 required documents
Edit Time Limit
After submission, you have 5 minutes to edit. After that, contact admin for access.

- Academic Recommendation Letter
- Government Recommendation Letter
- Passport Copy
- Profile Photo
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Police Clearance
- National ID Copy
- Motivational Letter
- Medical Clearance
- Admission Letter from HEI
Requirements:
- All documents must be PDF format
- Maximum 5MB per file
- Ensure documents are clear and readable
6. Bank Details (After Approval)
When & What to Submit
Available only after approval. Required information:
- Bank name (BSP, ANZ, Westpac, etc.)
- Account number
- Account holder name (must match passport)
Important: Double-check account number to avoid payment delays.

Forgot Password?
Contact administrators for password reset.
Edit Time Expired?
Contact administrator to request additional edit time.
Document Upload Failed?
- Ensure PDF format and under 5MB
- Try different browser
- Check internet connection
