The PNG Higher Education Program is a bilateral initiative between Solomon Islands and Papua New Guinea, providing selected Solomon Islands students with opportunities to pursue higher education in Papua New Guinea's leading universities and institutions.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the PNG Higher Education Program, students must meet the following criteria:
Citizenship
Must be a Solomon Islands citizen with valid passport
Academic Qualifications
Completed secondary education or equivalent qualification
Admission Letter
Acceptance from a recognized PNG higher education institution
Government Endorsement
Recommendation from Solomon Islands Department of Higher Education
Application Process
Selected students follow a streamlined online registration process:

Students are pre-selected and receive login credentials via email
Online Registration
Complete registration form and upload required documents through the portal
Review & Approval
Application reviewed by program administrators

Approved students receive travel coordination support
